Ofir Bar Noy is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over two decades of experience leading high-impact projects and ventures across Israel and Eastern Europe. He has successfully initiated, structured and managed large-scale developments in residential, commercial and mixed-use real estate. His entrepreneurial leadership is backed by a legal foundation as a licensed Israeli attorney, enabling him to navigate complex transactions with strategic and legal precision. With a strong focus on value creation and long-term growth, Bar Noy brings both vision and execution to every stage of the real estate process.
Luciana Oliveira holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since December 2003, practising law in her own firm. She has solid experience in providing legal support to companies and in the field of real estate law, ensuring close and ongoing assistance to her clients. She is also certified in conflict mediation.
Alexandre Pinto is a civil engineer with over 20 years of professional experience. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UTAD (University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro) and a degree in Management from UM (University of Minho).
Throughout his career, Alexandre has gained extensive experience in both public and private construction projects. This solid background enables him to perform the role of Civil Engineering Manager with the enthusiasm and confidence of someone fully at ease with his responsibilities.
Rodrigo is a professional with extensive commercial experience, specialising in sales, negotiation and business development, with a career built on selling high-value products and assets. His experience spans the pharmaceutical sector as well as businesses in the luxury, art and antiques segment, where he developed strong skills in negotiation, positioning and value creation. Fluent in English, he brings an international perspective to his commercial approach.
In real estate, he built solid experience as a consultant, developing an in-depth knowledge of the market and its different players. Today, as Commercial and Marketing Director, he leads the company’s commercial strategy, the management of its partner network, and the positioning and marketing strategy of its projects.
Alexandre is a versatile marketing and operations professional with a strong academic foundation in Global Marketing and Marketing Management. With international experience at Dublin City University and fluency in English, he brings a global perspective to communication, branding and strategic operations.
In recent years, he has also gained significant experience as an Operations Manager in real estate promotion, supporting the launch and development of residential projects.
Beatriz Penha is a professional with experience in real estate, sales and team management. She has a strong background in coordinating operations, supporting commercial processes and ensuring efficient daily management.
She studied Interior Design and Communication Design at ESAD and is fluent in English, combining creative thinking with a practical and organised approach.
